PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MOTIVATION OF THE TEACHER’S CREATIVE SELF-DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract

The successful solution of the tasks of educational process improving, its intensifi cation, the humanization of the education and society environment, the effective technologies introduction as into the process of training, bringing-up and developing students, so into the control system, is largely determined by the personal, professional and pedagogical qualities of not only the teacher itself, but also the manager, by the style of the educational institution management, their abilities for creative activity and creative self-development. In the article the features of the incentives interaction, causing the activation of the teacher’s creative self-development in terms of innovative activity, were determined. The peculiarities of psycho-pedagogical mechanisms to stimulate the motivation of teacher’s creative self-development were defi ned. The outcome of stable systems of the interaction of incentives, which activate a creative self-development, was identifi ed. The effectiveness of mechanisms of stimulating the motivation for the teacher’s creative development in the conditions of innovative activity was determined. The effectiveness of the teacher’s innovative activity depends on the creative potential, professional competence, methodological culture level, awareness of new effective teaching and bringing up technologies, and interest in creative activity. There are also equally important abilities as the ability to do self-analysis, self-assessment of the creative activity results, the ability to design, correct, experiment, and explore. The teacher’s innovative activity is characterized by new methodological, structural, technological and qualitative levels, in the process of which the fundamentally new patterns of activity are mastered and created. In its unconventional conditions, the teacher feels the need to enhance professional skills, methodological culture, and to improve the character traits, which implies the continuous creative self-development of the.
