STRUCTURE READINESS FOR THE PROVIDING OF EDUCATIONAL INNOVATIONS OF A FUTURE TEACHER

Abstract

The modern pedagogical activity in Ukraine is focused on the global educational space and the new scientific achievements. There is a quick development of the innovative training under those circumstances, which is the main condition for the formation of future teacher’s readiness to innovate, where an innovation is the activity aimed at the formation of personality, capable of creative thinking, self-developing, percepting, creating and introducing innovations. The analysis of the scientific and pedagogical literature allowed us to define the purposes and components of the content of the future teachers’ vocational training.

The main components of the readiness to the innovative professional pedagogical activity such as motivational, cognitive, reflective and creative are outlined. Basing on our research, we could state that the ability to use the knowledge acquired by students, in the process of the formation of future teacher’s readiness for providing educational innovations focused on the implementation of the pedagogical conditions outlined by us, is formed not only in simulated academic situations. And the use of knowledge and skills, in turn, contributes to the development of the nonstandard thinking and adequate evaluation of their own teaching.
