Abstract

In the article the analysis of scientific pedagogical sources, which highlight the structure of technological culture of future teachers of General technical disciplines. Attention is drawn to the modern environment where technology permeates all sectors of the economy, pervades all forms of human activity (educational, professional, managerial, communicative and play activities), which gives grounds to argue that technological culture is a multidimensional and multilevel concept and should be investigated philosophical, psychological, economic, pedagogical and other Sciences.

It was determined that in General terms, the technological culture of the teacher of General technical disciplines should understand the integral quality of his personality that provides the ability to apply production and pedagogical technologies for effective organization of subject-transforming and cognitive activity of students, allows to effectively participate in modern technological processes on the basis of harmonious interaction with nature, society and technological environment.

The detailed analysis of different scientific approaches to definition of structure of the technological culture has given the opportunity to select the components and indicators of the phenomenon of future teachers of General technical disciplines.

The study defined the structure of technological culture of future teachers of General technical disciplines, consisting of a number of indicators in the structure of motivational-reflective, cognitive-operational, organizational, moral and creative components.
