PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF THE FUTURE NATURAL SPECIALTIES TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
In the article it is defined the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future natural specialties teachers with taking into account the influence of innovative educational environment on it. In the process of pedagogical conditions selection, it was taken into account aspects of the innovative educational environment of higher education institutions in which necessary phenomena and processes arise, exist and develop. Factors that are naturally created in the process of professional training of future natural specialties teachers and provide the most effective formation of their professional competence such as integration and updating of the content of natural education (the aspect of the impact of the educational and educational environment); information provision of the process of preparing future natural specialties teachers for professional activity (aspect of the impact of the informational and educational environment); the orientation of the educational process to the development of the creative reflexive individuality of the future teachers of natural specialties (aspect of the influence of the creative and reflexive environment); improvement of software, methodological and technological provision of the training of future natural specialties teachers to the formation of a healthy lifestyle (the aspect of the impact of health and the environment); organization of direct contact of students with the surrounding natural world at all levels of natural education (the aspect of the impact of the natural environment); optimization of practical training of future teachers of natural specialties the process of learning and passing various types of practices (aspect of the impact of social and professional environment); provision of differentiated and complex influences on the formation of the components of professional competence of future natural specialties by introducing the latest pedagogical technologies (the aspect of the influence of the developing environment) is referred to the pedagogical conditions by the author. The author proposes to use the selected pedagogical conditions not consistently, but systematically.
