FEATURES OF THE CORRECTION OF NEGATIVE PSYCHOEMOTIONAL STATES AS CONFLICT CONSEQUENCES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS BY KINESIOLOGY
Abstract
The problem of the mental health of students remains relevant, with its importance due to the fact that in our time the frequency of conflicts among teachers and students is significantly increased. This phenomenon can be explained by the rapid pace of development of society and the imperfection of the education system, which in turn leads to an increase in the burden on employees of the education industry and students.
The article presents the peculiarities of the regulation of negative psycho-emotional states that arise as a result of conflicts that arise in the educational process through kinesiological exercises. Using kinesiological exercises, during the lessons as physical exercises, helps to eliminate emotional stress not only among schoolchildren but also from the teacher himself. All exercises should be conducted for musical accompaniment. Calm, melodious music calms down, it directs the rhythm of the exercises according to the changes of the melody.
First of all, a teacher who wants to use kinesiological exercises, during the educational process, should independently master the technique of performing exercises. It is worth paying attention to the fact that all of them should be executed strictly according to the instruction. Any, even insignificant, at the unprofessional’s point of view, changes in the technique of performing exercises are reduced, and even completely eliminated the effectiveness of kinesiological lessons at all.
The prospects for further research are seen in the development of a comprehensive correction program using the tools of kinesiology, experimental verification of the influence of kinesiological exercises on the psycho-emotional state of the individual and the correction of its negative manifestations as a result of the influence of conflicts that arise in the educational process.
