THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIVE INTERACTION OF FUTURE EMPLOYEES OF CIVIL PROTECTION SERVICE OF UKRAINE
Abstract
The formation of a modern democratic society requires the active cooperation of the future officers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) with the civilian peaple that requires the formation of their readiness for communicative interaction in professional activities. Meanwhile, the practice of training cadets in higher educational institutions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine shows that there are pragmatic and mercantile motivational factors to activity, signs of lack of spirituality and no need for personal growth, the inability to identify and use the verbal and non-verbal means of communicative interaction dominating nowadays among the majority of cadets. The research examines the theoretical and methodological principles of the communicative interaction of future civil protection service employees in Ukraine during their professional activity. The levels of scientific study of the problem are determined in the article; they are as follows: general philosophical, general theoretical, empirical research. The theoretical and methodological bases of the study are analyzed. The basic dialectical laws and laws of communicative interaction were found out. The author traces the following approaches to the problem: active, a competency based, personality oriented, social, educational and dialogical. Basing on scientific researches, it was proved that the communicative competence consists of the individual abilities: 1) to be able to provide the socio-psychological prognosis of communicative situations in which there is the subject of communication; 2) to carry out socio-psychological programming of the process of communicative interaction, based on the originality of communicative situations; 3) to implement the socio-psychological management of communicative interaction processes in the situation of communication. By carrying out an analysis of the basic concepts of the study, it was concluded that one of the important general methodological categories of the study is the interaction; it provides an opportunity to establish some common patterns and the essence of communicative interaction.
