SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES IN PROFESSIONAL PERSONALITU FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract

The task of high school to ensure the close relationship of future teacher’s professional training with his spiritual growth, moral formation, and cultural enrichment has been revealed in the article.

We consider that such notion as “formation of spiritual and moral culture of future teachers” is a multi-purpose, multifunctional, multi-level and different aspects process that is carried out in accordance with the dynamics of social, group and individual ethical requirements, deepening of spiritual and creative identification and individual self-realization. It is realized through educational stimulation and adjustment of self-education and self-organizing actions of the educational process subjects.

It is proved that the phenomenon of future teacher’s spiritual culture should be considered in the context of its social potential, covering a range of problems of moral and ethical formation of the student’s personality development, his identification and socialization, education receiving and employment with relevant economic, professional, qualification and sociocultural status and updating of its physiological, psychosocial, spiritual and creative resources.

It is alleged that a holistic pedagogical process of interaction between teachers and students should be aimed at spiritual renewal of future professional, the development of inner freedom, dignity, ability for objective self-esteem, and self-regulation.

Determined professional ethics, professional duty, professional responsibility, professional morality, professional educational justice, professional honor, professional pride among moral qualities that are particularly relevant to future professional activity.
