THE PECULIARITIES OF HIGH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION TEACHER’S MANAGEMENT CULTURE IN THE PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES PROCESS

Abstract

The article deals with the phenomenon of management from point of the historical process of organizing and coordinating social experience. The similarity of management and studying processes are considered, according to which the following functional blocks are considered: motive, goal, planning, information processing, conceptual model, decision making, actions, results checking and actions correction. The essence of management as a condition and specific kind of activity, which arises as a need and a required condition for successful activity, a purposeful influence for the achievement coherence in the joint activity process are pointed out. It is proved that implementing management activity in the conditions of teaching and educational process requires forming teacher’s management culture. Different views on the management culture structure are given. Management competencies that constitute the management competence content, which characterizes a competent teacher in the field of managing students’educational activity are defined.
